Personality internal  quilities does not happen suddenly in a day. it grows slowly like a seed bloom. The small and big events that happen in our life help our personality internal qualities bloom.http://Internal QualityOur feelings, thought and actions : personality development

These three main factors shape our personality. Along with this, the environment in our home, our friends, our neighbors, our school social environment, etc. also help in shaping our personality inner qualities.

There are two main types of  personality  positive and negative.

Personality factors

  1. Confidence : This is a positive attitude, self confidence starts from childhood. People who have self-confidence make the most of every opportunity that comes their way. Two things are strongly visible in a person who has  Self-confidence : – 1) Belife in their own abilities 2) The courage to do something. “I can do this and i will do this” is the motto of a confident person. Ways to increase confidence : Increase knowledge:

    It is said that a person is a lifelong learner. If you have knowledge, you win half the battle of gaining confidence. Read a lot, read the newspaper every day, collect information from the internet. The more information and knowledge you gain, the more confident you will be to speak in front of everyone. Students should always be willing to gain knowledge. They should listen to the news at least once a day and read a book on general knowledge before going to bed at night. ” There is never an age limit for learning, there is no time limit for changing yourself.

    * Increase willpower and believe in yourself:

    We all must have heard the name Sudha Chandran. She is known as the best classical dancer of India, but unfortunately she had an accident and lost both her legs in it. But she never let her willpower and passion diminish and after the accident, she moved to Jaipur and continued her dance studies. And at the same time, she also made a name for herself as an effective actress on T. V.

    It takes a lot of effort to dream and fulfill it, and this can only be achieved with willpower. It was because of willpower that today our beloved Yuvraj Singh is ready to overcome his illness and play for India again. Seeing all these difficulties, our difficulties seem very small. Always remember that where there is a will, there is a way.

    * To increase willpower:

    Set a goal and stick to it.

    Try with all your heart.

    Be honest and work hard.

    Increase concentration and remain loyal.

    Plan what you have.

    Dream of what you want to achieve, have hope, and believe in yourself.

    * Experience :

    Now you might be wondering how you can gain experience while in college? But remember, experience is not only gained by working but also by participating in various competitions.

    When you come to college, studying is not the only goal. It is also important to prepare for competitive exams, participate in elocution competitions, and participate in debate competitions. This gives you a good and valuable experience. On that occasion, you collect information on various topics, study it, and present it in front of everyone. This experience is very useful later in life. You should also participate in social gatherings in college, which, apart from studies, gives you valuable experience in other areas such as dancing, singing, drama, poetry reading, etc.

    * Practice:

    We all know the saying, “Practice makes a man perfect.” Practice makes something perfect. Students should not waste their time in college and make the most of that time. Students should constantly practice reading, studying, playing, writing, singing, etc.

    Even today, Lata Mangeshkar or Asha Bhosle practice their songs every day. Even our beloved sports “Judo-Karate” cannot be played without practicing.

    Practice is not just doing something repeatedly, but doing it correctly.Try to practice for at least an hour every day.

Don't be afraid of failure:

Don’t worry about failure, learn from it. Failure happens to everyone, but that doesn’t mean you should give up. You must have heard of “Thomas Alva Edison”. This scientist invented electricity, but this invention was not so easy. Edison tried 999 times but he didn’t succeed, but he didn’t give up and tried the same experiment for the 1000th time and that time he succeeded. He said, “At least I found 999 ways to do this experiment 2 times.”

There are two types of failures: those who think about doing something but don’t try for fear of failure, and those who do something without thinking about failure.

Students should not think that they will not be able to do this or that. Although they will get the opportunity to learn and do many new things in college, they should try new things without fear of failure. Trying is in our hands.

1) Fearlessness :

When students are in school, there is a home-like atmosphere and when they come to college, they become aware of the world and reality. They suddenly feel like they have fallen into the ocean. This truth creates a kind of pressure or tension in their minds. This pressure is due to many things, but students should be careful that they do not let this tension affect them mentally. If our soldiers on the border were afraid of death, then our freedom

It would have been difficult to protect. They are fighting fearlessly on the border so we can live peacefully here.

Students should face situations without fear. Fear can be of failure, lack of preparation, making a wrong decision, or rejection. Often when we feel fear, we avoid that thing or that person and go into our shell.

Fearlessness is not the absence of fear, but the ability to face and overcome fear.

To mock/make fun of:

Many students face ragging in college or hostel. This is a problem found everywhere but remember, accept it as much as possible with a sportsmanlike attitude. Try to befriend seniors. Respect them and try to get as much information as possible. There are some groups of boys and girls in college and those boys make fun of others. Your effort should be that you should also create your own small group, study together so that you do not face the problems that can arise because you are alone.

Some children are teased as “padaku” because of their physical deformities, others for being overly studious, others for not being fluent in the language, and some have to endure ridicule due to their financial situation, but such students should focus on their qualities and leave their mark in other things.

Fear of failure:

There is a lot of difference between the school and college curriculum. In school, teachers write down questions and answers, and in college, we have to study on our own (Self Study). Due to this, students are very confused. Everyone is confused about which subject to study and how to do it. Moreover, the subjects are also new, the curriculum is very long. Due to all this confusion, children become very frustrated and their confidence decreases. The result of all this is that when the exams are near, their fear increases and they start feeling the possibility of failing. To add to this, the question of how to write the paper.

But all this can be easily avoided. Do the following things regularly from the start of college.

Get information on each subject and keep the syllabus with you.

Attend all classes in college regularly and without fail.

Make a study schedule and give adequate time to each subject.

Make your own notes.

practice

Solve the question papers of the last few years before the exam.

Fear of speaking in front of a group:

There are many opportunities in college. Students who have to stand in front of a group, e.g. oratory competitions, college reunions, singing competitions, dance competitions, all these competitions have one thing in common and that is the audience. Many students are afraid of speaking in front of so many people. They are afraid that people will laugh at them, make fun of them.

You won’t be afraid if you do the following things –

Decide what you want to do and believe in yourself.

Find out about the topic you want to talk about.

Stand in front of the mirror every day until the competition and review the information you have acquired.

Practice the topic in front of your friends and parents, get their feedback and improve accordingly.

On the day of the competition, calmly go on stage and take a deep breath before starting your speech.

Internal qualities

Fear of teachers or adults

It is good to have a respectful fear of teachers, but the fear should not be so intense that we feel pressured by the answers to the questions they ask. Teachers are strict, but at the end of the day, they are also human. They only expect respect.

Always remember.

Stand tall in front of elders, don’t stand with your hands in your pockets.

Give them respect, speak to them politely.

Show them a curious attitude when asking questions or information, don’t ask rudely.

Thank them for the information they provided and express your gratitude.

Greet the teacher when he/she enters the classroom.

* Peer pressure:

 We feel happy when we make new friends. We do things like studying with them, hanging out, going to movies, etc. when we come to college, but when these same friends put pressure on us, it becomes difficult to know what is right and what is wrong. This is called Peer Pressure. Drinking, smoking, etc. Pressure can be brought by friends. Many children succumb to this pressure. Do the following things to avoid succumbing to pressure.

Distinguish between right and wrong and know the difference.

Think about what your home environment is like.

Let us be aware of our sanskars. Let us be aware of what teachings we have received.

Learn to say no – It’s wrong to do whatever your friends say just because you don’t want to hurt them. If they’re really your good friends, they won’t force you to do anything.

Fear of oposite Sex:

Many students come to college from boys’ schools or girls’ schools. Due to this, they do not feel free to talk to boys or girls. Some are afraid, while others feel embarrassed to talk. Such children do not adapt and blend in easily in this environment. Such boys and girls should talk to everyone without fear, think about what they are saying before speaking and only then speak, use words correctly in front of girls, and give them respect.
