Always Think Positively

Improve Confidence In a college program in Mumbai, a student asked former President and senior scientist A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, “How do we remain happy and successful all the time?” To which he aptly replied, “Whenever I fail, I accept the responsibility for it myself without shifting it to others. I look for the reasons for failure from a positive perspective. If you want to make your behavior and speech confident and increase this confidence in you day by day, then the important solution for that is to always think positively in any matter. Because as your thoughts are, so are your words and as your words are, so are your actions. The most important way to increase your self-confidence is to always bring positive and inspiring thoughts to your mind. Because positive thinking is considered the solid foundation of your confident personality. In this regard, the following quotation by Frank Outlow should be kept in mind.

If we consider the meaning of the above quotation carefully, we will realize that our thoughts are at the center of our personality. If we keep our thoughts positive, then our speech will automatically be confident. Positive thoughts will also make our speech positive.

If our speech is positive, our actions will also be positive. As our thoughts become, so will our habits. If our thoughts are positive, our habits will also be positive. As our habits become, so will our nature.

If our habits are positive, our nature will also become positive. As our nature is, so will our character be, and as our character is, so will our future be. From this formula, we will realize that our thoughts are the foundation of our future. As our thoughts are, so will our future be. Once we establish this in our mind, we will realize that if we think positively, then our behavior, speech, and walk will all become confident and we will definitely achieve success in various areas of life.

In the morning air, Shubham would take his morning walk with his head slightly tilted towards the ground and a happy expression, smiling to himself. To everyone’s surprise, when everyone asked him about this, he would smile and say, ‘I’m talking to myself.’

If we want to increase our self-confidence, we should practice positive self-talk. Each of us should be able to communicate with ourselves. We should be able to communicate with ourselves as we communicate with others. When each of us communicates with ourselves, most of the time our communication is negative. For example, my dress is not right today or my speech today was not good. I often stumble while giving a speech. I have an exam tomorrow, but I haven’t studied much. My health is not good lately. I always suffer from high blood pressure.

In this way, negative self-talk should be avoided. Due to this, negative feelings and thoughts in us increase day by day, our actions and behavior also become negative. The reason why negative thoughts always come to our mind is that we have been hearing negative things since childhood. When our parents make us angry, we always think negative things.

For example, you don’t know much about computers. Your handwriting is not good, you can’t do any work well. You can’t remember anything.

Confidence

Confidence is not an innate, fixed characteristic. It’s an ability that can be acquired and improved over time. Social confidence can be developed by practicing in social settings. Individuals can observe the structure and flow of any conversation before jumping in, and they can prepare questions or topics to discuss ahead of time. Anxiety can take hold when people are plagued by self-doubt, so putting themselves in and getting accustomed to the specific situation they fear can assure people that nothing truly bad will happen. And the activity gets easier with practice. Outside of a social context, one can gain a sense of confidence from personal and professional accomplishments. Continuing to set and meet goals can enable the belief that one is competent and capable.

It is more important to have confidence in yourself than to wear good clothes to look good. Confidence in your actions and words is not seen. Confident and perfect people leave their mark even in a crowd, but sometimes due to failure and many other reasons, people’s confidence starts to decrease. Therefore, our pride lies in many things such as how to regain lost confidence, how to increase confidence, how to communicate confidently. 

Confidence is the belief in yourself and your abilities, helping you face challenges with a positive mindset and courage. It builds through self-awareness, practice, and overcoming fears, allowing you to communicate better, take decisions wisely, and achieve goals. True confidence is not about being perfect, but about trusting your journey and staying motivated even in difficult situations.

For example Think about where you want to see yourself in five years. Imagine yourself as a professional, business man, teacher, doctor, advocate or whatever you want to be. When things go well in life confidence comes automatically, but when failures occur in liffe confidence starts to waver. In  such a situation, it is very important to keep the mind positive. At that time, one should always focus on winning. For this, I should not focus on failing. Also think about all the things that we have achieved through our hard work. You will be happy  doing this. The focus  of victory will be fixed.

Sometimes, even if we are physically or mentally unfit, our confidence decreases, so it is very important to increase and take care of our confidence. we keep our mind fresh with our diet. Doing meditation and yoga in the morning gives mental relaxation. To improve our personality, good clothes and our own beauty are essential to boost our confidence.
